We will also receive and inspect the product on arrival. We will inform you of the quantity that has arrived and if there are any damaged products.

Our business provides quality Amazon FBA prep services for all your products and will work with you directly to ensure that your needs are met. Our goal is to make sure your products reach Amazon swiftly and without issue. 
What does an Amazon Prep Center do?
As a prep center, we receive your products, quality assure them, create the shipping plan, prepare them to the Amazon requirements and dispatch them to the relevant Amazon fulfillment center.
Once the goods have been received we will unbox and inspect the products. Once we have a have enough for a shipment then we will contact you to with what goods to create a shipment with. At this point we determine what prep the item will need ie poly bag, bubble wrap or just label application etc. Finally we pack the box, weigh it and then request the shipping labels from yourself. We book in the UPS service and ensure the goods are collected from our secure unit.
No, there is not a minimum number of units that we require you to sell to be able to use our services like other prep centres.
No, there is no minium contract length, we do just have a 10 day cancellation notice period.

Here at Prep center direct, we pride ourselves on our processes and attention to detail. Every product receives got inspection when being checked in. If there is a discrepancy in quantity of units sent, or damage to an item, the check in staff will take photographic evidence and send this across to you via your email, so that you are able to raise this with the retailer.

With damaged stock, we provide you with the option of having the good sent back to the retailer, to your home address or destroyed.

I have just started selling, should I use a prep center?
As standard, the majority of sellers will prep in house to start with to gain an understanding of the process and to grow their capital, however, each persons situation is different, so the right time to join a prep center differs from one person to another. Our best piece of advice on this would be to make sure you have analysed your figures and incorporated your prep fees, so when you do take the leap, your margins are not heavily impacted.
We do accept pallet delivery and have sufficient space, resources and equipment to handle and manage your pallet deliveries effectively and efficiently.
Product dispatch will not exceed 72 hours, however our experienced teams consistently reach and exceed our KPI of 48 hours.
Who creates the shipment for Amazon? Once you have enough for a shipment one of the Easy Prep team will update the "Create Shipment" tab in your FBA worksheet and message you on your private messenger channel. You will then create the shipment and send us the product labels and update the "shipment QC" tab. Once your products are prepped and labeled we will provide you with box weights of your shipment so you can complete your shipment and send us the UPS labels ready for shipping.
Amazon will charge this through your Amazon seller central account. All goods are shipped via UPS partner program and the charges are generally around £5 upto a 15kg box or £4 per box if sending multiples of 3. You will get a shipping cost before completing your shipment inside Amazon Seller Central.
